Where exactly does my money go?

Part covers the ethical production of the merchandise (recycled cotton, local manufacturing). The rest directly funds animal rehabilitation programs and platform operations. We publish periodic reports.

Why do I pay for a detail instead of the app?

Accepted Answer

Because we want your contribution to leave a physical and symbolic mark. The detail stays with you, reminds you of your commitment and funds the work of the foundation. The app is the natural consequence: free, complete and ad-free.

Question 3

When will I get my pack and where does it ship from?

Accepted Answer

We ship from Spain. We work on demand to avoid overproduction, so we hand-prepare each order with sustainable materials and, once it's ready, delivery takes 3-5 business days to mainland Spain (a bit longer to the Balearics, the Canaries and the rest of the European Union).

Do I need an account to redeem the code?

Accepted Answer

Only if someone gifted you a pack: in that case you create a free account with your email and redeem the gift code in the app. If you buy your pack directly, there's no code to wait for — your access to the app is tied to your account from the start.

Can I gift a pack to someone?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The code activates when entered in the app, so whoever receives the pack starts their own year of Fauma with their account. A meaningful gift.

Question 6

What if I just want to support without receiving merchandise?

Accepted Answer

You can, no problem: you'll get an envelope with the welcome and thank-you card, and this way you maximize the impact of your contribution on the rehabilitation programs. You still unlock the app for a full year.

Question 7

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

There's nothing to cancel: each pack includes a full year with no auto-renewal. If you want to continue, you pick a new pack when it ends.

Which devices does Fauma run on?

Accepted Answer

Fauma is available on iOS and Android, compatible with phones and tablets. There's no web version for now: we want the experience to live in your pocket, with you.
