This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of, and use of the FAUMA website and application (the "Services"), through which users may learn about and support conservation, research, science outreach and animal welfare initiatives, purchase Products associated with specific animal species or projects, and access digital content linked to such initiatives. The specific terms governing purchases and access to content are set out in the Platform's Terms and Conditions.

Accessing the Services confers the status of User and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice. The User undertakes to use the Services in compliance with applicable law, good faith and public order, and to refrain from any use that may damage, disable or overload the Services or prevent their normal enjoyment.

All content available through the Services (including, without limitation, the designs and models of 3D figures, texts, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, the FAUMA brand, software and code) is owned by TINE VERSE, S.L. or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals with competent jurisdiction under applicable law; where the User is a consumer, the mandatory jurisdiction rules set out in consumer and user protection legislation shall prevail.
